Founded by Camila Ross, an educator and coach with a multicultural background, RWD was born from a deep understanding of how language and culture shape connection, leadership, and performance in the workplace.
Growing up with Colombian and Italian roots, and having lived and studied across Europe, Asia, and North America, Mila has always been fascinated by how people communicate and learn from one another.

Together with her husband, she shares a passion for leadership and for helping people reach their full potential — a philosophy that inspires every program, workshop, and partnership at RWD.
